More than 315.000 Oldtimers are permanently registered in Germany. The most popular classic cars are VW Beetles (44540) and Mercedes Strichachter (10.140). The Opel Kadett follows in third place 9334 Copies. The Opel Rekord is also very popular 5834 permanently registered vehicles. Other popular vintage cars with the Opel Blitz are the Opel Olympia Rekord with considerable 3329 Vehicles and the Opel Ascona 3124 Approvals. The Opel Manta is still missing 2221 permanently registered copies and the Opel GT, of the 1494 are constantly logged in. Overall are about 10 Percent of classic cars with Opel H-plates.
